By applying heat and pressure, they initiate cross-linking reactions in rubber molecular chains, allowing the products to fully set into shape.           Traditional tire vulcanizing machines often employ valve-controlled hydraulic systems, typically driven by standard asynchronous motors paired with fixed-displacement pumps. In this configuration, the equipment often operates at a fixed speed, resulting in significant energy consumption. Additionally, the rotation of components generates friction and heat within the pump, which accelerates equipment wear, shortens its service life, and is accompanied by issues such as high noise emissions.

          Our company has successfully introduced its independently developed HN series of medium-to-high power PM servo motor technology into the tire vulcanizer industry, effectively resolving the aforementioned issues. This product can handle an overload of twice the rated torque, with a rated speed ranging from 1500 to 2000 rpm, meeting the demands for high-power overload output. Moreover, it responds rapidly and actively controls the hydraulic pump’s speed and limits its pressure.

          When the hydraulic load enters a process pause stage, the drive system automatically stops operating, reducing energy consumption to zero and significantly lowering noise levels. The hydraulic servo control solution adopted by our company can reduce energy consumption by up to 50%, with particularly noticeable energy-saving effects under long-cycle, no-load conditions.
